Trip confirmation
You need a confirmation of transport tickets of your trip to and from Thailand

Bank Statement
Proof of funds you have on your bank account and history of 3 months usage.
Passport
Has to be valid at least for 6 months and have 2 blank pages for visa. Also bring one passport copy.
Accommodation
Proof of payment for accommodation has to be shown with tax id of lessor
